Imperfections are enhanced because they are perfect that way.
It starts with the choice of materials since, as someone said, "beauty was born when someone began to choose."
Three textural materials were chosen for the design of this kitchen: gfrc concrete, steel, and wood. They were finished so as to emphasize their imperfections.
The clients designed the elements of this kitchen, but we were co-designers, because as in every project of ours, everything comes from confrontation.
Specifically, this is a room that is the beating heart of the house. It is an L-shaped kitchen, it is almost 4 meters long and consists of two pieces.
Also made of Gfrc concrete are the island and the fireplace top. Everything blends in with the gasbeton walls and wooden doors.
Everything is perfect because everything was custom made.
